I’ve tried a lot of matcha, and Ippodo’s New Harvest Matcha has quickly become one of my favorites. The flavor is incredibly fresh and smooth with a mellow sweetness, vibrant green aroma, and just the right amount of earthy richness. It’s well-balanced with almost no bitterness, making it enjoyable on its own or as a latte. You can really taste the quality in every sip. If you’re looking for a premium matcha with a fresh, clean flavor, this one is absolutely worth trying. I’ll definitely be purchasing it again!
