So happy to have found Red Boat Fish Sauce back in 2014. And the website during the Covid years. The Maple Bourbon Fish Sauce has been one of the very pleasant finds on the web site. I dribble it into scrambled eggs; stews; Blancmange; add it into marinades in place of other salts.
