Five Brothers Cheese

I love this cheese!

A very nice combination of swiss and gouda, Five Brothers has a unique flavour that I really like. I buy several wedges at once and the vacuum seal allows it to keep for 3-4 weeks. It may keep longer than that but it's so good that it never lasts that long in my house, even if I hide it in the basement fridge!

Great for croque monsieur

I used this in croque monsieur instead of Gruyère. Excellent choice.

Nice nutty flavour

Worked great in a sandwich or in a charcuterie board
