Solid Construction
I purchased this Dip bar to attach to a different branded 3x3 rack with 3/4” hole size and this works very well. The attachment points protect your rack on each side with UHMW. Handle size is comfortable for weighted dips and the powder coat provides enough grip for my use case.

Dip bar 3x3
The dip bar works great, even with the half rack. It’s nice to have a complete rack system with such a small footprint. American barbell also has excellent service.
