The squat stand is well designed and very robust. It went together smoothly and I'm sure it will last for a lifetime. The J hooks have a thick insert of durable plastic which protects the bar. I am very pleased with this purchase and have only positive things to say.

Sturdy Squat Stand

I waited to write this review until after a few months of use. This squat stand has been sturdy and appears very well made. Assembly by myself was intuitive and took less than the estimated two hours. I have considered attaching a base but so far haven’t actually had any issues with it rocking when racking the weight. This has been great for my basement gym (given the low ceiling) and I expect years of use. I considered dropping a star because the stand arrived with packaging issues—a pole was loose and punched through the box—but at the end of the day nothing was missing or damaged so I am keeping the five stars the product itself deserves.

Missing holes for chin-up attachment

Squat stand just arrived, the quality is awesome however there are no holes along the inside as in the picture. Reached out to customer service to see if there is an attachment that allows for a chin up bar. The instructions included in the packaging had a chin up bar attached at the top.
