Performance Training Bar

Quite the upgrade.

This training bar is great. It doesnt have too much spin, the whip is incredible and the knurling is good. Its q softer knurl- pyrros bar users' hands will thank them. I was training on some 28mm crosstraining (ISF, Rogue Chan and Titan blues city bars) This is a Great bar and worth every penny. It is on an entire other level compared to the bars I was using.

Perfect for training

This barbell has everything I need. I’m a 40 yo female with 166 kg total. I would say I’m an above average lifter but not an elite level and this barbell has it all for my type of training at a more affordable price. I train 4-5 days a week 1-2 hours sessions with this barbell and the knurling doesn’t tear my hands apart. It feels fast and has decent spin. I’m very happy with this choice.
