I Bought This For My Mom!
My mom and I were cooking, and she used my No. 10 Chef Skillet and absolutely loved it. Mom is in her 80's, and it's hard to buy for her, but I knew this was the perfect gift she could use every day. She has used it many times now and raves that it's the best pan for cooking so evenly. I would recommend this pan to anyone who enjoys cooking and quality made in the USA.

Skillet Review
The quality is outstanding. I figured out how to season it and eggs wont even stick to it! First cooking session I did a pound of bacon. I kept the pan on low heat after and scraped out the stuck on bacon bits with a spoon. Took the bacon grease and filtered it through a coffee filter and into a coffee cup. Once all of the scrapey's are out take a dab of that bacon grease and heat it up the in pan over medium low heat. Use a paper towel to wipe out the excess and leave a thin film. Let the pan cool. The next time you cook with the pan, repeat the scrapey's cleaning and the heat up and wipe down with the bacon grease. By the 4th or 5th time I used my pan, it became pretty much non stick, and the flavor is great.

Loving it
I have cooked many dishes in my skillet and they have all turned out great. I love how easily it is to clean. I have had very little stick to my skillet. My older cast iron is more difficult to maintain. Its over 30 years old that may play a factor in it. We have a flat top stove and for years I have wanted to use cast iron but I listened to the comments it's not a good idea to use it on the flat top stoves. No issues so far. I'm so pleased
