Outside of going to Parma, this is quite simply the finest Parm available. Upgrade every single pasta dish with this or break off chunks as part of your cheeseboard. Awesome with aged balsamic. Wonderful with a ripe pair.

It is easily grated, has not dried out in a grocery store and adds far more flavour than other cheeses we have purchased elsewhere.
