White Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

Love this white balsamic lemon vinegar, when you don’t want overpower an ingredient!

Incredible!

This is my new favorite Balsamic! I've used it on green salads with different olive oils (mild to robust), depending on the mix of greens. It's great on roasted asparagus and broccoli, and even grilled chicken. But my latest adventure was to add 3 teaspoons to my homemade mayonnaise recipe. It took a great mayo to "over the top incredible"! I can't wait till we start harvesting cucumbers from the garden - cucumber salad, here we come!

Friends of ours introduced us to the white balsamic vinegar when we visited their home. That prompted us to purchase a few bottles for Christmas gifts and got many compliments. We intend to order more..
