Entelia Private Reserve PDO Kolymvari

I finally found an EVOO that's got some genuine character - I'm crazy about this Greek olive oil. Has a wonderful flavor ! It's on thicker side. I can definitely taste the high polyphenols ! At first I ordered 2 bottles thinking I would have a back up. But gave one to a deserving friend ( this is not the thing you would give to someone who would not appreciate it ) Then I ordered another one, and gave this to another friend for her birthday. So yesterday I went wild and order 4 bottles.

First time trying this entelia, loved it,potent without being too bitter or overpowering. Great flavor profile ,brightens up and dish ,I also use it for fresh baked bread with zaatar,goes really well together

First bottle of high quality olive oil I’ve tried and I get it now, won’t be going back to off the shelf stuff anymore! Not sure if I quite get the burn yet, but I use it in a mix. But the taste is excellent.
