This time of year with the garden in full production, I love the taste and full flavor. It’s so hard to pick a favorite, but this Hojiblanca is so good, if I could only pick one this is definitely it for me!

THE FAVORITE!

There is not a recipe I haven’t tried that Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil doesn’t add a spectacular touch to the dish - especially salads and salad dressings, and potstickers! The most versatile olive oil I have ever used.

Excellent

Better than any evoo I’ve had as an adult. Hojiblanca took me back to my childhood and teenage years where my grandparents and grandparents milled similar evoo from our own old groves olives in the hills of Lebanon.
