Emmer Flour (certified organic)

Awesome products!

We have been using flour from Barton Springs, especially their ancient or heirloom wheat flours and the difference in our breads and crusts is mind blowingly better! Definitely will be ordering more soon!

Emmer flour adds sweetness and a nutty flavor to my bakes. Ireally like the chewy texture emmer adds. I will order again!
