Handle stays cool

I had another, cheaper sauce pan that was the same size but the handle was made of sheet metal. It would always get too hot and I would have to use a towel to grab the handle. This pan completely solves that problem. I never feel like the handle is too hot.

what I needed

Just the size I needed. It replaced my 50 year old 2 quart sauce pan as I could no longer get replacement handles. plus I wanted an induction friendly saucier. The 2 quart was always just a little too small so getting the 3 quart was a no brainer. I have been satisfied with the Misen products; utensils, knives and skillets; that I previously purchased and I find the same quality in this saucier. Here's to this becoming an heirloom that I can pass on to my grandchildren.

Great sized

I splurged and got all 4 sizes of the sauciers, each one is used!
