6.5" Chef's Knife - Red

Fantastic workhorse knife.

Bought this one and the 8" chef's knife and use this one much more frequently. For my hands, this one is more easily handled for every day use. Sharp out of the box. Zero rusting issues with proper washing and drying. Really pleased with this knife and will recommend it to anyon seeking quality and longevity.

Good tool

I really like it, very sharp. It is just longer than I expected. I'd like a knife between the paring knife and this one. Sort of an everyday every use knife. Just not huge. I don't use this one as much as the paring knife; simply because it's too big.

Great everyday knife

I pulled the trigger and purchased the knife knife when I got the email with the final sale. I love Misen products but shipping to Canada brings the price up, but the large discount compensated for it. This knife became what I wanted: my daily knife to chop vegetables and fruits. It is very well balanced, very sharp, and the red handle let me find it very quickly. Very happy with it. Not sure what is going to happen to prices with the new tariffs so I will wait and see before buying anything else.
