Ultimate Carving

Beautifully crafted, as are all Misen knives. I bought my first over 10 years ago…now, all my knives are Misen. I particularly like the handles as their design eases the pressure on my arthritic hands. The blade retains its sharpness extremely well. Highly recommend these and all Misen knives.
