Love the Misen knives

I have purchased a complete set in black many years ago. Then I decided to buy more with the blue handles. The 6 inch Bunka knife is a favorite and go to for chopping. Overall I love Misen knives, pots and pans, waiting for the new microwavable storage containers, on order, and also other accessories from Misen. The quality and workmanship is above and beyond the other upscale knives. I will continue to purchase Misen products!
