Ascent Saddle 2.0

Saddle is more comfortable than the stock saddle on my Specialized bike. Still some adjustment to do. The mounting hardware provided was if a "traditional" nature, but the seat was mountable with the Specialized hardware.

Zero customer sevice! The tracking provided showed nothing. Then trying to connect with customer sevice was an absolute challenge. A number that didnt allow you to leave a message, emails were never responded to. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a company that respects the very people that provide revenue.

First 10.5 miles on the saddle yesterday. A very noticeable difference! It delivered on the manufacturer's advertised benefits. Very satisfied with the product and its performance.
