I've only been taken for a month so the verdict is still out. I take 3 gummies per day. I am hoping for an increase in lean muscle mass. I have 2 more months supply left They taste great 😃. I felt that the texture of these “Gummies” was too chalky for me to handle. In addition, the flavor left a lot to be desired, but that could be because of how chalky they taste.
