Well packed and shipped to me fast. When i had an issue with delivery they took care of it very soon after i contacted them. Would buy again.

They can’t keep up with subscriptions. I’ve neen out for way over a month and I question the quality. Cancelled my subscription since they couldn’t get it to me in a timely manner and if they are cutting corners on shipping where else are they cutting corners? UPS or FedEx wasn’t an option for shipping and they wouldn’t even entertain that idea.

I like the product and it produced positive results for me. However, when I purchased my second order, everything went down hill in a hurry. Be aware your order is coming from China and this has been my experience so far: ordered in early May and received a tracking number right away. Four weeks later, it was supposedly in a USPS processing center. When I contacted support, they said it might require postage due when I receive it and I should pay it and they would credit me back. Seemed strange for a company that ships standard packages all the time. I'm now waiting for my 3rd reshipment. I hope to receive my order someday but I will never order from this company again. The product is great, but their fulfillment is horrible.
