Super happy with the quality of my chair and the timeline in which it was delivered. I have a couple of coworkers looking for chairs and have directed them towards Crandall

Great chair

The chair was incredibly easy to put together, four screws (not including the optional one used to secure part of the lumbar support add-on I mentioned in an email that this chair was a birthday present, and their response was to get it shipped ASAP and they included happy birthday wishes in the box, that was very sweet Very satisfied with this purchase so far, and there's peace of mind in knowing that there's a long warranty if any issues arise

Better than expected! Wow!

I was very impressed with the excellent condition of my Aeron chair. It was replacing one I had since 1998, so I had forgotten how sturdy and quiet it originally was. If I need another one in 28 years, I'll be sure to buy it from Crandall.
