Firm mattress topper

I purchased the firm topper. I could tell right away that it was too soft. I haven’t even used it. Just putting it on the mattress for a trial let me know I will need to look for another alternative.

Center Ridge - Sleeping On an Incline

The mattress topper is nice. It's comfortable. The main thing I don't like about it is that it has a ridge down the middle. When I move closer to the center of the bed I'm going uphill, so I always feel like I'm going to roll out of bed. I suppose it's from being folded when shipped. We've had it for a couple of months and it hasn't flattened out yet, which is disappointing.

I purchased this topper in May. I have been having pain in hips, arms , etc. I have tried to adjust, but this one is not for me. I need a return receipt Also, do I pay shipping when returned
