couldn't be happier with my new chair. the process is so easy, i have another chair, a leap v2, that i intend to upgrade with them

Not a perfect fit

I chose premium leather. Both the back and the seat cushion leather are not tight across the underlay so there are folds/creases in the leather after sitting on it less than one day.

Outstanding new cushions!

Easy to install, so much more comfortable than the OEM pads. Highly recommend this service.
