Pleased, with two suggestions

Pleased with the results. The new seat pad and back cushion fit well, and both the cushioning and the fabric feel like upgrades over what was on my OEM Leap V2 chair. It was easy to pack and ship the removed cushions and send back to Crandall to recover the refundable deposit. I have two suggestions for how to make this experience even better: 1) include the option to purchase a seat cushion removal tool (I didn't have a long-enough screwdriver so I had to go find and buy one), and 2) include a QR code with links to instructional videos for how to remove and replace the seat cushion and seat back (I had to Google it and would up watching videos from a competitor). Thanks, I recommend this product if you want to breathe new life into your desk chair.

Excellent upgrade

Research online told me that this was going to be a good upgrade, and the research was RIGHT ON. I selected the bioknit fabric for its durability, and burgundy color. Beautiful. The installation was fairly easy--though getting the old seat off was tricky. Just add a dose of patience. The best part is the upgraded, thicker seat pad. 3/4" more and new foam makes all the difference. I am sitting much more comfortably on this seat. By the way, my chair was from 2004, so it is a bit aged. But with a new cylinder (also bought at Crandall) and this upholstery service, it is basically brand new. I guess I could get some arm rest covers, but I'm content to say that they have some "character." Hah! For the price of a new chair of this quality, the investment in "recycling" my old chair was very worthwhile. Thanks Crandall for a job well done.

Relieved hip pain

I’ve had my Steelcase Leap chair for 15 years and was starting to have hip pain. I was thinking about buying a new chair and decided to give the Crandall seat and back cushions a try. I sit long hours for work and this has made a big difference. They were easy to install and I would recommend them.
