Best beef ribs

I smoked 2 plates of beef ribs and they were absolutely delicious. Beautiful marbling and great beef flavor. This was my first purchase and won't be the last. I prefer your bone-in chuck short ribs to Snake river farms wagyu ribs

Spectacular

My first time smoking these, used my brisket process including a overnight rest at 145 degrees, absolutely amazingly delicious, turned one 3 bone slab into burnt ends per the All Things Bbq recipe, butcher paper was saturated with rendered fat and these ribs were juicy and tender,
