For whatever else anyone uses this for, I am 66 years old and the protection and relief on my shoulders is worth every penny. The amount i can lift is irrelevant to zero with an injury. The biggest issue I've had is sizing. By chart, I fit L. In real life 2XL. A SS that is too small does not prevent injury. It creates them. Otherwise, I can't speak highly enough about this product. Been using the red one for 2 years

Amazing product

I’ve been stuck at a plateau at 370 for about a year now. I bout this to maybe help train to get back to break through the plateau, and it worked. I am back up to 370 on the bench press and now it’s time to grind for a new PR. I will also say it’s pretty fun to do 1rm with it. I messed around with it one day and I got like 425 for 1. The price tag may be a little bit high but I would 100% say it’s worth every penny. One of the best gym equipments I have ever bought
