This is my second one, this thing is great. I have recommended it to other guys in the gym. Good for beginner's and advanced lifter's. Also gives some safety to go big or rep out to failure.

Excellent Equipment

For whatever else anyone uses this for, I am 66 years old and the protection and relief on my shoulders is worth every penny. The amount i can lift is irrelevant to zero with an injury. The biggest issue I've had is sizing. By chart, I fit L. In real life 2XL. A SS that is too small does not prevent injury. It creates them. Otherwise, I can't speak highly enough about this product. Been using the red one for 2 years
