This is actually my second Snode Shot, and I couldn't be happier. I want to give a huge thank you to the team for taking care of me with the warranty on my first one. The customer service was outstanding and made me an even bigger fan of the company. As for the product itself, I absolutely love it! It has helped improve my lifting form, reduced unnecessary strain on my shoulders, and given me much more confidence during my workouts. Looking back, I honestly wish I had bought one years ago. I even keep the QR code in my gym bag and encourage people at the gym to scan it because I believe in this product that much. Whenever someone asks about my form or what I'm using, I tell them to check it out. It's one of the easiest recommendations I've ever made. Because of how impressed I've been, I'm already planning to order the elbow wraps and knee sleeves next. If you're on the fence, don't be. Great Sling Shot!

I Have all the colors of the Sling Shots and purchased the Black Mad Dog to see the differences of them. I warm up with the Blue one and then do most of the Benching with the Red one. I do my last 2 set lift with the Black one and do 255 x 3 and finish with 225 x 15. It’s pretty incredible, I can take the weight down slowly and have full control of it using the Black Sling Shot. I’m 66 yea old and 150lbs. I’ve been benching ever since my teenage years. I’ve been. Using these slingshots for about 3yes now and am very impressed. I’ve told a lot of people about them and have also bought a few extras and gave them to my family members. Awesome Product!!

My max was 315 @ 200 last week I repped 315 for 4 @ 180 just training with this on a cut. They are pretty tight I have 16 inch biceps and it’s a job to get the xl on all the way.
