My max was 315 @ 200 last week I repped 315 for 4 @ 180 just training with this on a cut. They are pretty tight I have 16 inch biceps and it’s a job to get the xl on all the way.

First time trying a sling shot

i used to compete in Para powerlifting, I had shoulders surgeries due to the wheelchair use for 15 years. I never really got back to bench press but the love was so strong that I had to find a way. With the slingshot I don't have any shoulder pain and can lift again.

I love my slingshots! These things are hands down the best training aids I own and have ever used! Strength is way up, shoulders feel great and the durability and quality is amazing! I’ve recommended the slingshot to dozens of friends and everyone loves them! Wish I would have had this 20 years ago!
