Golden Cherry Recovery Drink

So far so good!

I have a very physically demanding job (teaching therapeutic horseback riding lessons) and one day I drank JI electrolytes when I was done, and I felt that it significantly impacted how I felt the next day. That made me want to try the new Recovery Drink! The Golden Cherry flavor is very tasty! I've had it twice before bed and do feel that it helps me rest better. I can't say for sure that it has helped my muscle recovery. For anyone who craves sweets at night, this also helps to curb that! I'll be continuing this one!

Stains counters, cups and fingers.

Decent flavor, not the most robust. Legitimately the power stained our counters, cups and fingers when the powder got wet during mixing or powder got touched. Not worth the price when there are different and better products and prices.

Helps a lot

I feel like this makes a big difference for me after working out. I have low energy after a workout usually and I feel like this helps me recover quicker
