Fabulous and refreshing!

The flavor is so refreshing and the blended texture is easy to drink. I love pineapple taste. I usually use the strawberry colada pre-workout, but this is a close second for me. Another fabulous flavor! This definitely give me a kick for my workout!

My favorite pre-workout! I love to mix it with the strawberry slush clear protein (it tastes like a pineapple/strawberry drink you would have on a beach!) and drink it before my workouts, I definitely feel a boost but it doesn't make me all jittery like some caffeine does!
