The orange recovery drink has been helpful when lifting heavy and taking the same day. It can be a bit grainy at the end of the drink, so be sure and mix well or continue mixing while drinking.

Delicious! Definitely follow the recommendation to drink it in the evening, it knocks me out within an hour of drinking it.
