I’ll be honest, the first few days taking this I did feel bloated, so I wanted to mention that for anyone starting it. Once my body adjusted, I began taking it at night and have noticed I’m sleeping so much better. I truly don’t know what it is about this black seed oil, but something about taking it before bed has made a big difference for me. The quality feels great, it’s easy to take, and I appreciate the clean ingredients. Definitely glad I stuck with it.
