Great knife finally broke down and bought one It is razor sharp and not too heavy fits great in your hand I even let my wife use it as long as she uses the wooden cutting board. Bought the ceramic hone and just a few passes before I put it away and it stays sharp. Looking forward to building up my kitchen knife arsenal in the future

Bought as a gift for my father, he absolutely loves it. Used it the day I gave it to him for prepping chicken, added a new fan for the brand!
