I’m undecided. Don’t know whether I like these or the serrated ones better. Both are great. Both are sharp. Both have a good weight and feel good in the hand. Glad I got them both. Guess I’m going to have to keep using them.

Razor sharp and nicely balanced. We like the sheaths- nice touch for guests.

I love my Dalstrong knife collection. These steak knives fit right into my set.
