Best pull sharpener ever
Will bring any knife edge just might take alot more pulls per level but did bring my old quantum 1 chefs knife back from dull to quite sharp and if I spent more time one it pretty sure it would be like new but the sharpener does scuff the finish near the blade edge definitely worth the money for a pull sharpener

I watched a ton of reviews on this sharpener and they were all basically the same. It just works. I went ahead and ordered one and first used an older inexpensive chefs knife and after running it through 2 complete cycles of the recommended it came out sharp as heck. Granite this is a little cheapie chefs knife. I then went ahead and brought my good knives back to life. I don’t know how long the 3 wet stone wheels will last or if there are replacements for it or not. I do recommend this sharpener if you have trouble with a traditional wet stone. The traditional wet stone is far superior but when you can’t work them properly like myself haha this is the next best thing.

Quite impressive
The Review I cook at home every day and for a long time just lived with knives that were dull enough to be annoying but not enough to make me act. When I finally did, I didn't want to learn how to use a whetstone — I just wanted sharp knives. The cheap pull-through sharpeners I'd tried before never delivered. The Hornet uses water instead of dry grinding, which makes the whole process feel more controlled. Three stages, a couple minutes, and my knives come out sharper every time. It just works.
