Love this tool! Because of BJJ and strength work, I wind up hurting in all kinds of strange places that foam rollers and LAX balls can't reach. This has become my go-to for tissue work, and the only downside is that I didn't start sooner.

As far as functionality is concerned this thing is great. Feels really good on my body and helps relieve tension from Muay Thai and MMA. And for durability, the rope literally snapped on me 3 days into using. For $200 plus price point that is ridiculous. I reached out to customer service to see if they’ll replace it cuz I do wanna give it a second chance maybe I just received a bad one.
