Pumpkin Seed Oil Softgels

I didn't win the genetic lottery when it comes to my hair -- It has always been fine and on the thin side. Menopause increased these issues. HRT helped some. I'm very happy to have this supplement to provide the help I need for my scalp/hair. It's been about 4mo. I don't know if I've increased the density of my hair, but it's definitely stable and I'm thrilled about that! I'll keep taking this indefinitely!

I haven't finished my first bottle of the capsules yet but after some weeks of taking the supplement I have noticed a significant reduction in hair loss and breakage. I take this as a positive sign and will probably carry on using this product.

I am giving it an honest try. I have been using it for over 6 months and see very little change in the fallout. A little more regrowth. Just started the 2nd 6 month supply. We will see!
