VIP Pumpkin Seed Oil Refill

Just going by what I read sound wonderful but I cant swallow them at this time medical issue so really can't say how they work on me sorry hoping issues will get better in future must stop them at this time please

Easy to take and incorporate into my routine. I still havent seen any noticible changes but willing to give it more time.
