Pumpkin Seed Oil Softgels

I’m about halfway through my bottle and I do notice less shedding. Overall happy with the product. Shipping took forever though.

I like the softgels so far. Hoping to see improvement in my hair growth, after losing some of it due to a severe illness last winter.

I just started taking them. So far I've noticed a slight change in my hair and skin texture in a great way! I can't wait to see how it continues to work.
