Pumpkin Seed Oil Softgels

So far so good... I am on my second month taking this daily, and after 30 days or so, I started to see less shedding by about half. I am hopeful this (combined with estrogen, capillus cap, and biotin/collagen gummies) will continue to work and improve my hair shedding!

Only been taking these just short of a Month so a little bit early to tell however, I have noticed that I am not loosing as much hair on brushing/washing as I used to. My hair does seem thicker and new baby hairs are appearing 🤞this continues. Overall I am pleased with progress so far 😊

These capsules are amazing. My hair is so full and healthy. As the years have passed my hair became thin and I was really embarrassed about it. Now it’s back to how it’s always been. As a side note. I’ve also got underarm hair rather than stubble for the first time in many years. I’ve had to start shaving again.
