Have been taking these capsules for around 3 months now, and can see a difference around hair line on the side down, not so much on forehead line, Less shedding as well, just wish you can buy these without subscription, so next order will have to make sure not under auto subscription renewal, not sure if you can buy these like that

So far so good. My hairdresser is noticing the beginning of new growth and my hair brush is not as full of hair each time of brushing. All in all I would recommend these capsules.

I have not been taking these long enough to see any real results. It seems to me that my hair is no longer falling out though. I have not noticed anything else yet. I will say that they are very easy to swallow although a bit on the large side.
