I have only had for 2 weeks so it may be a little too soon to give accurate review but my hair seems to feel softer. I will write back when I have been using them longer but I am very hopeful. I bought 4 months supply so that should allow me to make accurate assessment.

I haven't noticed a difference yet with hair or nails but im sleeping more soundly
