Hi team, I love your product and think it offers great value. However, my order arrived very warm, and both the packaging and contents were affected by the heat. I had paid extra for cooling packaging for the koeksisters, but they were still almost melted, which concerned me. Everything still tasted good, but please consider improving the cooling or packaging for future deliveries. I will definitely order again because I really enjoy your products.

Bought them for my wife because she’s from South Africa and she always said how much she missed it. When they finally came on we opened them up and tried them both. She said they were amazing and really reminded her of home
