Just what I needed to boost my soups and soup noodles

These are definitely a game changer for me. These are great for when I don't have enough or any fresh veg on hand. I tried these with Shin Ramyun, only half the soup packet as usual (can't do too much sodium), or else I'll use low sodium or no sodium broth, then two scoops (using Chinese soup spoons) of both the Spicy Garlic and Classic Seafood. I also threw in a fresh egg and the last of my small jar of kimchi. I didn't put any of the chili from the Spicy Garlic pack, since I had my own chili flakes and chili oil to add. Drizzle of sesame oil on top, and it was super delicious. Will have to try a dumpling soup with these toppings, since I made and froze a bunch in my deep freezer. I think these will last a while, since I combine them with fresh ingredients as well. They just boost flavor and texture for me. Seafood flavors are rather strong, but are similar to what I get in most instant cup noodles. I do agree with some comments about sample sizes. I was pretty sure I would like these, so I'm okay getting the bundle, since it had what I would have chosen. But I would have liked to try some of the other ones in smaller quantities. A sampler bundle would be awesome, actually. I'd get that, to be able to try everything without committing to the larger quantities.
