The wrist wraps are fine 👍 The knee wraps are very sturdy but not a fan of the velcro and the knee loop. This is a personal preference as I’ve been powerlifting since the mid 70s and a standard knee wrap guy. I like to wrap over my sweats in the winter so the loop makes that tough…. I will do my own altering to use the wraps… they are mid line stiff… not the crazy stiif ultra material

they are easy to put on an extremely comfortable, you still have pulled mobility with all the support
