Machine overall is good, but i had to chase down updates because of a warehouse move which was not told upfront. The kettlebell rack contradicts the bar holder. The customer service is extremely lacking. I had a discussion with a product specialist who didn’t follow through on a single thing we discussed. The weight pins which are supposed to support 90 additional pounds also can’t and now block the weights from moving. The machine isn’t bad but i won’t be supporting you guys anymore. Which is a shame because i try to support local. I will be using other companies for all future accessory purchases and can’t recommend you to any friends.

The unit is built very sturdy, and the price was excellent for what you get. However, there are several areas that could be improved.
The assembly instructions were horrible and very confusing to follow. The paint quality also appeared to be used or previously handled, rather than looking like a new product. Some of the holes on the numbered front upright were not punched out.
I also purchased the upgraded articulating arm attachments, but unfortunately, they tend to get stuck during use.
Overall, the unit itself is very solid and the price was right, but the instructions, finish quality, and articulating arm attachments need improvement.

Really impressed with this Smith Functional Trainer. It feels solid and well-built, and the Smith machine moves smoothly. I like having the functional trainer, rack, and Smith machine all in one setup because it gives me a lot of workout options without taking over the entire room. I also got the articulating arms which give even more flexibility and a wide stretch for cable flyes.
The weight storage is also a nice touch and helps keep everything organized. Assembly takes some time, but once it is together, the unit feels sturdy and stable. Great choice for a home gym if you want one machine that can handle a wide range of strength exercises. Very happy with it.
