Commercial-Grade CLASSIC Hip Adduction and Hip Abduction Machine

I would like to say that it is definitely one of the better abductor adductor machines I have used. However the machine doesn’t give you to much give. It’s very linear with the starting position and doesn’t give much tension when contracting espically on the adductors

The abductor section closes (weights stack) prior to reaching legs touching one another; in a sense, it's not a full range of motion.

Great machine. My only recommendation is to somehow make the thigh pads lock into place. The just swivel way too much.
