Half Rack Functional Trainer with Smith Machine

Where to begin. Customer service is hands down amazing. I was researching two different companies and Echo sold me from their Customer Service! I had so many questions before buying the half rack with smith machine. They responded quickly to my emails and seemed to really want to help. Once I decided to buy it, I reached out about purchasing installation through them. Once again Customer Service was excellent. They even created a one and done invoice and sent it to me so I didn't have to jump through hoops on buying it and then installation. That was the cherry on top. Bought it, it was delivered within 10 days! Installation company contacted me after it was delivered and they came out within 3 days. Took them 3 hours and now it’s up and ready for me to use. Great company! Great product and Amazing customer service!

Here’s a true review with the good, the bad and all the in between. First off, pricing on these units is phenomenal, I’ve been training for the last 24 years and have never found equipment of this quality for the price point. It’s truly commercial grade in your home. This is achieved from them removing the middle man and owning the steel manufacturing facility. It came very well packaged but did have a couple minor scratches which is expected when getting shipped LTL freight, they address this by including a nice little bottle of touch up paint, but when I say minor I mean minor. Impeccable job protecting the rig when shipped. That being said the only issue I had was delivery time from time of order was almost a month. During my time I did some additional research on Echo and they are very transparent that they have grown much faster than anticipated and they need more warehouse workers. One of their senior management members was extremely responsive and helpful via email throughout the process and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. They have absolutely achieved being a direct competitor to the staple brands that produce 11g 3x3 racks but for literally thousands less. Could you spend twice as much and get a little more stable smith machine, possibly, but for the money it punches outside its weight class. They also have done an amazing job of listening to clients and making adjustments to their products, that’s not something you get with other brands. I’m looking forward to seeing what else they come out with for their functional trainers, the articulating pulley arms will be the next add on for me. If they could make the grips on the pull-up bar a tad more secure would be my only gripe but once again it’s not enough to take a rating down. They have definitely won a long time customer. Can’t wait for them to start making for cable accessories but since pretty much all 3x3 attachments are interchangeable I’m good for now.

The quality of this equipment is High End for an affordable price. Me and my three teenage sons are on it everyday and it has only gotten better. Company is great to deal with but product is in high demand so it will take some patience waiting for it. Just have a clear understanding of what their inventory looks like as it took them three months to get the last part of my order to me. The main machine only took 2 weeks so we had the majority of what we needed right away. Highly recommend.
