Made tacos and loved the flavor! So nice to have this option after a year of no red meat! Made a ton, I even had leftovers. Very lean. If you need fat would need to add your own in.

Delicious!!! It tastes like a mixture of beef and turkey; not greasy or heavy on the stomach. Worth the price. High quality products.

Cooks like beef in any recipe. Allows me to be engaged in a meal with family when grilling out with hamburgers and I cant have beef do to health reasons.
