Tried ostrich steaks and duck already! Very good. Ostrich texture much like filet mignon. Delivery was quick and packaged well. Had not defrosted it at all. It is already 90 degrees where we’re live. Bought several different items due to son having the Alpha-gal syndrom. He’s getting bored with chicken and turkey. Highly recommend. Will buy again.
