Purchased a Fan Filet for Valentine's Day and WOW. It was was my first time cooking Ostrich and certainly won't be my last. My partner LOVED how it turned out. Cooks wonderfully and in a fraction of time as regular beef. the packaging was exceptional. Can't wait to try the tenderloin!
