Great Fathers Day Gift

We have had so much fun as a family making pizzas and testing out other things in the oven! I highly recommend getting the griddle plates so you can make wings, deep dish, cookies, etc… there is a learning curve but it’s fun!

Precise Baking as designed.

I have made a half dozen pizzas in my new oven so far. The only problem that I have had is getting the pizza off the peel and centered onto the stone. Once that is out of the way, the oven bakes perfectly at the selected temperature and is done quite nicely at the time suggested by the oven. I do wish the opening and the stone width for that matter were a bit larger so as to allow more motion with the peel upon launch (which is the only reason for the four stars). We are quite happy.
